  6. Una vez hecho el refrito de la berenjena y la carne retiramos del fuego y reservamos
  7. Cogemos 1 litro de leche aproximadamente y lo echamos en una cacerola. Vamos incorporando el sobre de bechamel poco a poco sin parar de remover para que no tenga grumos, echamos un poco de nuez moscada y removemos hasta que empieza a hervir y retiramos. "sal al gusto"
  8. Una vez hecha la bechamel cogemos la carne de pollo ya preparada y la mezclamos con la bechamel
  9. Rellenamos las berenjenas y una vez rellenas le echamos el queso para gratinar por encima
