  5. Dejar cocer hasta que la carne este tierna.
  6. Por otro lado en una sartén tipo paellero freiremos los ajos, el pimiento y las setas; todo ello con poco aceite
  7. Al estar frito añadir el arroz, el colorate y lo sofreiremos un poco
  8. De inmediato añadiremos la carne y todo lo demás dandele unas cuantas vueltas
  9. Para que el arroz coja sabor
  10. Añadir el doble de volumen de caldo que de arroz (según que arroces necesitan un poca más de caldo) (se puede añadir a lo último si el arroz esta crudo) remover de tanto en tanto.
  11. Al estar el arroz medio hecho dejar de remover. ( Solo se hará en zic-zac, tiempo de cocción 13 a 15 mts.
  12. Con los pimientos rojos a tiras previamente fritos decorar la superficie del arroz.
  13. Quitar del fuego y tapado con un paño dejar reposar unos 4 mts.
