La trufa a trozos se va intercalando. Cuando ya tenemos el pollo relleno se unen las dos partes de la espalda y se cose(El hilo sale luego con mucha facilidad) o se mete en una redecilla de asados.
- A continuación se envuelve bien en papel de aluminio y se cuece a fuego lento unas dos horas. Debemos pinchar con una aguja el aluminio para que el jugo del pollo pueda salir.
