- Comenzamos haciendo la salsa césar. Para ello, mezclamos todos los ingredientes de la salsa menos el queso parmesano hasta conseguir una salsa espesa y bien homogénea. Por ultimo, añadimos la mitad del queso rallado y reservamos la otra mitad para después. Tapamos el bol de la salsa y lo dejamos en la nevera mientras hacemos el resto de la ensalada.
- Cortamos la lechuga a nuestro gusto, la lavamos y la dejamos escurrir bien, para que luego no aporte mucha agua a la ensalada.
- Mientras vamos a hacer el pollo, para ello cortamos en daditos las pechugas y las hacemos a la plancha con un buen chorreón de aceite, finas hierbas y perejil. Hacemos a fuego fuerte para que se quede el pollo doradito y crujiente. Reservamos a que se atempere un poco y ponemos sobre la lechuga en un plato.
- Le añadimos la salsa césar y el resto del queso parmesano, mezclamos bien y por ultimo añadimos los picatostes. Yo no tenía picatostes de bolsa así que hice unas rebanas de pan fritas y estaba de muerte para acompañar la ensalada.
