- 8 naranjas para zumo
- 1/4 pimiento rojo
- 4 ajos
- 1 huevo
- Maicena
- 4 cucharadas azúcar (yo eché 3 de panela)
- 5 cucharadas salsa de soja
- 3 cucharadas licor de canela (a falta de licor, le puse canela en polvo)
- Vinagre de arroz
- Aceite
- Cebollino
- Semillas de sésamo
- Sal

- Cortamos las pechugas a dados o a tiras, y las ponemos a macerar en un bol al que habremos puesto 4 cucharadas de salsa de soja, canela y 1 huevo. Mezclamos todo bien con el pollo y reservamos.
- Mientras, exprimimos las naranjas y reservamos el zumo.
- Rebozamos el pollo con la Maicena y lo freímos. Cuando lo tenemos listo, lo reservamos en un plato.
- Trituramos el pimiento rojo, 2 ajos y una pizca de sal, y cuando está triturado, le echamos una cucharada de vinagre de arroz, y acabamos de mezclarlo.
- Retiramos el aceite del wok (en mi caso lo he hecho en la olla GM), ponemos 2 ajos picados y los doramos ligeramente.
- Cuando están dorados (con la ayuda de un colador para que no se nos cuele nada) añadimos el zumo de naranja.
- Seguidamente, le añadimos 1 cucharada de salsa de soja y las 4 cucharadas de azúcar.
- Lo mezclamos todo y cuando llegue a ebullición, le añadimos el pimiento que tenemos triturado. Dejamos hervir un poco.
- En una taza, disolvemos 2 cucharadas de Maicena en un poco de agua (con cuidado que no queden grumos), y lo vamos añadiendo, sin dejar de remover, en el zumo de naranja.
- Cuando la salsa haya espesado un poco, incorporamos el pollo y le damos unas vueltas. Dejamos que haga un hervor y servimos con las semillas de sésamo y la cebolleta picada.
