- En una parrilla untada con aceite y a fuego fuerte, sellamos las hamburguesas unos 20 segundos por cada lado. A partir de ahí, bajamos el fuego y dejamos que la hamburguesa se vaya haciendo de manera lenta, dando vueltas regularmente, para que se pase y no nos quede seca por dentro.
- Colocamos por encima de los bollos reservados e llevamos a la mesa acompañadas por las salsas escogidas.
