- Batimos el huevo y pasamos los filetes por huevo y luego por pan rallado. Freímos en abundante aceite caliente. (Hemos de retirarlos cuando aún no estén bien pasados para que luego no se nos sequen en el horno). Retiramos y dejamos un ratito sobre papel absorbente.
- Ponemos las milanesas sobre una placa de horno. Encima de cada una de ellas ponemos un poco de tomate y extendemos bien. Añadimos el queso rallado, los champiñones y el chorizo y finalmente rociamos con un poco de orégano para dar sabor y olor.
- Metemos al horno y retiramos cuando el queso se haya fundido bien. Listo para servir.
