- Ya puedes ir rellenando los canelones y dejándolos en la bandeja para el horno.
- Bechamel de Chef:
- Ponemos la leche, la cebolla, la hoja de laurel, los granos de pimienta y las ramitas de perejil en una cacerola al fuego hasta j-u-s-t-o antes de que empiece a hervir. Infusionar 20 min. y colar.
- Fundir la mantequilla en una cacerola, añadir la harina y remover, cocer suavemente, removiendo.
- Retirar del fuego y añadir poco a poco la leche caliente. Volver a poner al fuego, cocer hasta que empiece a hervir.
- Sazonar al gusto con sal, toque de pimienta y toque de nuez moscada
- Vertir la bechamel sobre la bandeja repleta de canelones, añadir el queso rallado al gusto (se tiende a completar por encima la bandeja)
- Al horno que ya está caliente (200 ºC.calor arriba y abajo) y controlando hasta que empieza a dorarse y se consuma la bechamel, sin llegar a dejarlos secos. Plato y a servir.
