- En una fuente de horno ponemos las barquitas de berenjena, rellenamos con la mezcla, espolvoreamos por encima con los 25 gr de parmesano rallado que quedan y lo metemos al horno por unos 15 minutos aproximadamente. Yo los últimos dos minutos pongo el gratinador para que queden doraditas.
