  5. Cuando esté hecha la berenjena añadir a la sartén el azúcar moreno, rehogar bien y poner en una fuente de servir
  6. Pelar los pimientos y cortar en tiras. Cortar en dos los tomates cherry. Añadir a la berenjena
  7. En un bol poner la miel, el vinagre y 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra, emulsionar y reservar
  8. Cortar el queso en láminas, hacer en una sartén a fuego medio hasta que esté dorado por ambos lados sin deshacerse
  9. Aliñar la ensalada con la vinagreta de miel
  10. Poner el queso por encima cortado en trozos
  11. Servir templada o fría (en este caso preparar la ensalada, dejar enfriar y antes de servir aliñar y hacer el queso)
