  5. MEZCLAMOS: echamos la carne de la berenjena en la mezcla del sofrito y el pollo y cocinamos todo durante 5 minutos a fuego medio para que termine de integrarse todo.
  6. MONTAJE: cuando ya este todo el contenido preparado, ponemos en la bandeja del horno papel para horno y ponemos encima las pieles de las berenjenas y las rellenamos con la mezcla que tenemos en la sartén.
