  8. Añadimos el segundo vaso de caldo y el arroz, y cocinamos durante 15 minutos. A la vez ponemos el curry.
  9. En una cazuela de barro, aceitada, ponemos las pieles de berenjena, y rellenamos con el resultante de lo cocinado. Ponemos queso vegano tipo mozzarella y al horno durante 20 minutos. (yo no tenía queso vegano mozzarella, pero lo dicho, en cuanto lo consiga lo subo).
