- Se rellena los "cascos" con la mezcla y se le pone por encima el queso rallado para gratinar y un poquito de albahaca.
- Por último calentar el horno a unos 190 grados y poner las berenjenas en una bandeja hasta que estén gratinadas (unos 20 minutos aprox.), yo lo he acompañado con una crema de calabacín de primero. A comer!
