  8. Cuando esté casi hecho vamos a preparar la otra berenjena, no la pelamos y la cortamos en rodajas gruesas que salamos y colocamos en otra sartén con un poco de aceite para hacerla a la plancha, para que se haga bien la ponemos a fuego suave y tapada.
  9. Por último hacemos los huevos de cordorniz a la plancha.
