- Con las manos mojadas en agua iremos haciendo bolitas, las pasamos por pan rallado, las reservamos en la nevera media hora
- Ponemos las albóndigas en una sartén con un poco de aceite y las vamos marcando las reservamos
- Ponemos en una sartén el diente de ajo picado, le damos un par de vueltas y le incorporamos el tomate natural troceado, una vez que el tomate empieza a cambiar de color le incorporamos el tomate frito lo mezclamos bien
