  6. Añades la harina, les das vueltas rápidas con la cuchara de madera o varillas.
  7. Poco a poco, vas añadiendo el caldo y sigues removiendo, una vez todo echado, lo dejas cocer unos 8 minutos (bechamel). No salarlo, pues las pastillas llevan su sal.
  8. Precalentar el horno a 200ºC., eléctrico de arriba y abajo.
  9. Coges la fuente honda de porcelana, de barro,...resistente al horno. Pones en la fuente una primera capa de berenjenas.
  10. Luego la cubres de bechamel, luego otras capa de berenjenas y el resto de bechamel por encima.
  11. Espolvorear con el queso rallado toda la superficie de la fuente.
  12. Itroducir en el horno (precalentado) durante unos 12- 15 minutos (no recuerdo exactamente), cuando veas una capa dorada, la sacas.
  13. Recién sacada del horno.
  14. Emplatar.
