  2. Pasado el tiempo las sacamos y las secamos muy bien con un trapo.
  3. Ponemos una sartén con un poquito de aceite y pasamos por la plancha las berenjenas hasta que estén doraditas y las sazonamos y dejamos apartadas. También ponemos el horno a 180° para que mientras montamos el pastel se vaya calentando.
  4. Cogemos el molde (el mio es de 20x30) y le ponemos el papel de horno. Ponemos una capita de berenjenas
  5. Pintamos con un poco de tomate frito que le da un punto muy bueno.
  6. Ponemos otra capa de jamón de york.
  7. Y una de queso (yo e utilizado semicurado pero podéis poner el que mas os guste que se derrita bien). Y volvemos a repetir la operación hasta k x ultimo quede una capa de berenjenas arriba.
  8. Cogemos un bol y añadimos 3 huevos, la leche, sal y pimienta y movemos bien hasta que quede bien mezclado.
  9. Y añadimos la mezcla en nuestro pastel poco a poco para que se empape todo muy bien.
  10. Por ultimo añadimos el queso rallado k mas os guste y al horno entre 40-60 minutos y listo!
  11. Y así quedaría por dentro!
