- Rallamos el tomate y freímos en la misma sartén(yo le pongo un poco de azúcar para quitarle acidez) le ponemos sal y las hojas de albahaca picaditas cuando esté hecho le ponemos la verdura y reservamos
- Sacamos las berenjenas y una vez frías con la ayuda de una cucharilla les quitamos la pulpa y reservamos
- En una sartén con un poco de aceite ponemos a sofreír la carne salpimentada una vez que este casi hecha le ponemos la pulpa de la berenjena(mezclamos bien) el tomate y el pisto reservados mezclamos y añadimos el vasito de vino blanco, dejamos unos 5 mnts a fuego bajo qué se mezclen bien todos los sabores
- Por último rellenamos las berenjenas les ponemos el queso rallado por encima y gratinamos hasta que estén doradas y ya está, !!a disfrutar!!
