    Una vez han expulsado toda el agua tenemos dos opciones:

    1° precalentamos el horno a 180° con calor arriba y abajo más ventilador. Ponemos las rodajas de berenjena en la bandeja del horno con papel para horno, echamos un poco de aceite y las horneamos hasta que las notemos blanditas, unos 15-20 min.

    2° Las freímos tras las patatas.
  2. Pelamos y cortamos las patatas en rodajas del mismo tamaño que la berenjena.
    Y las freímos ligeramente hasta que las notemos tiernas.

    A continuación si hemos elegido la opción de freír la berenjena deberemos dejar en la sartén donde hemos hecho las patatas un fondito de aceite e ir friendo las berenjenas por tandas, hasta que las notemos blanditas, cuando las saquemos las pondremos sobre papel absorbente o un colador para que expulsen el aceite sobrante.
  3. Picaremos la cebolla y las carlotas y las pocharemos hasta que estén blanditas, añadimos la carne picada y salpimentamos al gusto
    Cuando la carne esté doradita añadiremos el tomate y el orégano al gusto. Taparemos y dejamos hacer durante 20 minutos a fuego medio.
    Una vez transcurridos los 20 minutos añadimos el vino y hacemos 10 minutos más con la sartén destapada.
  4. Engrasamos el molde donde vamos a montar la moussaka, colocamos la base de patata, berenjena, carne, berenjena, carne, berenjena.
    Importante que la primera capa sea la de patata y la última de berenjena
  5. Cubrimos con bechamel, espolvoreamos un poco de nuez moscada y queso rallado. Y metemos la fuente al horno durante 15- 20 minutos para calentarlo todo juntos y los últimos minutos le ponemos el modo de gratinar para dorar el queso.
