  8. Rellenar el centro siguiendo el mismo orden hasta completar la fuente. Salpimentar, añadir tomillo seco y regar con aceite de oliva virgen extra
  9. Tapar con papel de aluminio y meter al horno aproximadamente 1 hora
  10. Sacar, quitar el papel, subir el horno a 190º y volver a meter al horno hasta que las verduras estén doradas
  11. Sacar, dejar templar y servir
